We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at 480-808-8080 with details of the product and the defect within 10 days of the date product is received /with receipt or proof of purchase/. If 10 days or more have passed since the date product is received, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Product(s) must be shipped back to us for exchange before we ship out new merchandise. Shipping out a new merchandise may take 10-12 weeks, if refundable or exchangeable product is not repairable on-site.
- You can send the product you consider defective or damaged to General Iron Doors. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
- In some exceptional cases, regular priced and sized products may be refunded or exchanged. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all Product(s) that are returned or exchanged.
- Products on Sale, custom and special products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Refunds or exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Return or exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, unless we are at fault for those.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping or handling charges and delivery fees are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
